Welcome to Lake Sunrise (previously Sanibel) Villa Florida, part of the Formosa Gardens Estate in Kissimmee

We are delighted to introduce Lake Sunrise (previously known as Sanibel Villa).  We added this beautiful home to our small portfolio of luxury vacation homes in May 2023.  This wonderful 5 bedroom, 4 bath villa with beautiful lake views, large pool with spa, game room is in an ideal location – very close to Disney (3 miles), Universal (15 miles), restaurants, shops and waterpark 4 minutes away.  There are several award winning Golf courses nearby (and some great crazy golf courses for the kids!).  Your ideal vacation rental, home away from home, is located in the prestigious gated community of Formosa Gardens Estates, regarded as one of the most upmarket private rental communities in the Disney World and Kissimmee tourist area.

All the properties located at Formosa Gardens are typically executive class with spacious grassed and hedged areas between properties, giving guests total privacy.  There is quite simply, no other place like it within the Disney square mile.

Lake Sunrise Villa is furnished to a very high standard, fully air-conditioned, spacious at 3,500 sq. ft villa sleeps 10.  Set in large private garden overlooking Star Lake with fabulous Sunrise Views, enjoy Florida living – all day sun on our large pool area, with covered lanai outdoor lounge to relax by day and watch TV and the Disney Fireworks at night!

The beautifully designed spacious living accommodation, decorated with comfort and style in mind is fully air-conditioned.

Sitting on a tree lined street in large private garden overlooking Star Lake with fabulous Sunrise Views, all day sun on our large pool area, with covered lanai.  Watch the Disney Fireworks from the comfort of your outdoor living room by the pool!  Our home features beautifully designed spacious living accommodation, decorated with comfort and style in mind.  The paved driveway has space for up to 4 cars – relax you have arrived at your home away from home!

Entering Lake Sunrise you will find the first of two sitting rooms, with doors to the pool area – an ideal place to relax, catch up on the events of the day or enjoy gazing at the beautiful lake view.

The formal dining area is also here where you can enjoy family meals together,

These two rooms lead to the large family room, with views of the lake and doors to the pool and lanai area. There is a large well-equipped kitchen, with counter seating a further Dining nook – ideal for games night – and there is a large sitting area with leather sofas and large TV.

On the left side of the home is the 1st of two Master King bedrooms, this ground floor room has a large ensuite bathroom, with soaker tub, walk in shower and double vanities, and a walk-in wardrobe. Decorated in a light coastal style, this room features a sitting area with patio doors and views of the lake.

The 2nd Master bedroom is upstairs – a very large room with King bed, it has an ensuite, walk in shower and double vanity and a large walk-in closet. There is a comfortable sitting area with sofa and chairs, making this a perfect retreat.

Off the family room, is the 3rd Suite, this features a Queen bed with an ensuite Shower Room – this has access to the pool area and serves as a pool bathroom.

The two further bedroom share the family bathroom. – one is our Mickey Room with twin beds, the other room has a Seashore theme – this room is shown with twin beds, it can also be set as a king bed if required.

All bedrooms feature luxury linens, comfortable mattresses and a smart tv.

There is a fabulous large games room – fully air conditioned – has a slate bed pool table, foosball (table football), air hockey, table for games, arcade machine and large Smart 75″ TV and reclining chairs.

There is free, fast, secure Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Outside you will find an extended deck for all day sun surrounding the large L shaped 30 x 18ft very private swimming pool and in ground hot tub. LED pool colour changing lighting creates a magical atmosphere at night.

Guests will enjoy the covered lanai with newly installed with very comfortable seating – (new pictures coming soon) and outside TV. Dine alfresco at the dining table with chairs for relaxing and catching up on the day’s events while enjoying the beautiful view over Star Lake.

For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, a Gas BBQ area is provided – included in your rate provided it is left clean ready for the next guests.

Our home is fully managed locally, by our wonderful property managers, so you always have someone to call in case of a problem.
